Order processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Estimated shipping time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days. Processing time is additional, so the combined estimated period is 9–15 business days from ordering to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruption, holidays, customs and other circumstances can affect delivery. This does not remove our obligations or your remedies under applicable law.

Destinations and shipping charges

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Do not assume shipping is free unless your order explicitly qualifies for a displayed free-shipping offer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can follow its progress. Carrier scans may not appear immediately after dispatch.

Address changes

Please check your address before ordering. To request a correction, email lumigelofficialk@outlook.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered, contact us to arrange the appropriate next step; any proposed additional charges will be explained before you agree to them, subject to your legal rights.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If the estimated delivery period has passed, tracking appears incorrect, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. A carrier issue does not automatically transfer our legal responsibility to you.

Any optional shipping protection is additional to your existing statutory rights. You do not need to purchase it to retain the protections that applicable law provides for non-delivery or damaged goods.
