Product descriptions and the selected variant identify what is included in your order. Images and screen settings may affect the appearance of colors; goods must nevertheless match their description. Results may vary with application and individual circumstances, without limiting your rights if a product is defective or misdescribed.

Lumigel™ gel requires curing with a compatible UV/LED nail lamp. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, including application, curing and removal guidance. Do not peel or forcibly remove cured gel. These usage instructions do not exclude our responsibility for defective products.

Orders, prices and payment

Review your chosen items, delivery information, currency and total at checkout. Available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Any additional import charges must be disclosed where applicable and required by law.

Products are subject to availability. If an availability issue, pricing error or payment problem affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it and refund payments for any order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

Our processing estimate is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 8–12 business days in transit after dispatch. Tracking is provided when the order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Our 30-Day Guarantee lets you contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. The Return & Refund Policy explains the procedure and applicable conditions. Mandatory cancellation rights and rights concerning faulty goods are preserved.
